Do you offer a fully managed service instead of permanent placements?
For clients looking for candidates to cover specific projects (i.e seasonal or peak sales periods) we can provide candidates on a fully managed service. This means, they are hired and employed by us but work for you (the client) on a project. We then take care of all employment contracts, legals and compliance, payroll and HR. Please just mention this is the service you are looking for on the initial call with us.
What are your payment terms?
Upon a successful placement, we will invoice you the next working day and have 7 day payment terms.
Do you have other pricing structures for larger clients?
Yes, we do! for larger clients who are looking for regular / ongoing recruitment we offer affordable monthly retainers and act as your internal HR department and take care of all your hiring needs!
